We are happy to confirm plans to resume Sunday family visits starting May 29th.
In keeping with our COVID protocols, Moffat House and Main Building families will visit separately, with staggered times:
Moffat House Families Schedule
11:15 a.m. – Parents/caregivers arrive
11:30 a.m. – Sunday Group begins in the Trillium Room, Moffat House
12:30 p.m. – Visits begin (Stage 2 may use the Trillium Room or campus grounds)
2:00 p.m. – Stage 2 visits end; please leave Campus promptly
4:15 p.m. – Stage 3 visits return
Main Building Families Schedule
1:00 p.m. – Parents/caregivers arrive
1:15 p.m. – Sunday Group Begins in the Minden Room, Main Building
2:15 p.m. – Visits Begin (Stage 2 may use the Minden Room or campus grounds)
3:45 p.m. – Stage 2 visits end; please leave campus promptly
6:00 p.m. – Stage 3 visits return
Protocols
We have asked that visiting family members attest to a negative rapid antigen test on the morning of the visit prior to arrival. For those who prefer, we will provide rapid antigen tests in the art cabin, so families can take them prior to driving up to campus.
During the visit, families are asked to mask and maintain social distancing.
