Dear PRI Staff,
Here is today’s COVID-19 update:
Moffat House
No more students have tested positive for COVID-19.
Students in Moffat house continue to move out of isolation as they meet the criteria:
- Fully vaccinated
- Completed 5 days of isolation
- Symptoms resolving
Students housed in Moffat House visits are now allowed on campus as long as they are well-supervised to ensure the safety protocols are being maintained.
Home visits for Moffat students are also now allowed, but families must be aware that there is still the potential for contagion while students are within 10 days of infection. Additional caution with masking and maintaining distance is strongly advised.
Day visits into the community remain suspended for Moffat House students until all have cleared the 10-day mark since the onset of infection.
Main Building
All students in the main building produced negative rapid antigen tests again yesterday. With several days of testing and all negative, daily rapid testing for main building students will be suspended for now.
Visits for students in the main building are operating normally for home, on-campus, and in the community.
However, with COVID-19 cases on the rise with this 6th wave, we ask that everyone exercise caution. It is particularly easy to let guards down on off-site visits. Students/families who are eligible for Stage three visits in the community are asked to be mindful. Clearly, the infection rates are widespread and growing in the community. We ask that everyone be vigilant to protect our students and staff on campus as well as everyone’s families at home.
Families have been made aware of visit details via Family Bridge.
