Research and Evaluation
To plan for optimal treatment, engage in measurement-based care, and evaluate immediate and sustained treatment impacts, we gather information from surveys completed by youths, caregivers, and therapists, before, during, and after PRI. An overview of our measures is to the right.
We are dedicated to understanding why PRI is successful, we explore how specific clinical factors affect client outcomes. For example, we have found that treatment completion fosters better outcomes than partial completion and that parent engagement in PRI treatment is a factor in optimal youth mental health outcomes. Check out upcoming projects here.
Ongoing evaluation and outcome analyses are core to PRI’s vision and mission. Our passion for excellence and quality improvement along with our determined curiosity drives us to learn what works best for youths and families. PRI consistently demonstrates that youths and families improve health, behaviour, and relationships.
