2018 Donor Honour Roll

We are deeply grateful for the generous support of individuals, foundations, and corporations that help ensure that Pine River can continue to help troubled youth to reclaim their lives, their families, and their futures.

While space does not permit us to acknowledge all who have supported Pine River, it's our pleasure to acknowledge those supporters who contributed $1,000 or more in the fiscal year ending March 31, 2018.

Visionary support matters

Pine River supporters turned a vision into a reality through generous donations totaling
$8 million.

Pine River Institute opened and was able  to operate for the first two years because of private donations received through “The Way Back” campaign under the dedicated leadership of Don Wright and with significant investment from the Toronto Rotary Foundation.

In 2015, following the success of the “Help Make a Home” campaign led by Nancy Hamm, the campus in Shelburne, Ontario  became Pine River’s “forever home” with the purchase of the previously rented facility. This campaign also enabled capital improvements including the addition of three portables.

Today we have a comprehensive program, clinical expertise, and a track record of success. It is with the tremendous generosity and wisdom of the community that Pine River has been able to help hundreds of families and establish itself as a centre of excellence.

Thank you!
